In the event that you have purchased your MYA BAY jewel from our e-shop, we ask you to provide us with the name of the customer account used during the order or the reference of the latter, as well as a photo of your jewel. Please send us these information to eshop@mya-bay.com

In the event that you have bought your MYA BAY jewel in store, we invite you to go to the store where you made your purchase with the warranty received at the time of the purchase.
