To create a MYA BAY account, nothing easier:

• Click on the “My Account” area at the top right of the homepage of your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.
• Enter your email address on the login page.
• Complete the requested information and validate.

To sign into your MYA BAY account, click on the “My Account” area at the top right of the homepage of your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.

Enter your email address and password and then confirm.

Go to your MYA BAY account. The “Personal Information” column indicates the first and last name as well as email address of your MYA BAY account. Simply select the “edit my personal information” option to edit it. The “change password” option will allow you to change your password.

Go to your MYA BAY account, under the “Address Book” tab, you will find the registered addresses for billing and delivery of your MYA BAY accessories. Simply select the “edit” option to change one of these addresses.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the “My Account” area at the top right of the home page, enter your email address and click on “Forgot Password”. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

Favourite pieces? You can create your wish list by clicking on the little heart present on each product. You can then find it in your “My Account / Wish List” area. Note that these items are not reserved for you.

Items may be quickly out of stock. However, you can create an alert to be kept informed of the restock. To do this, simply click on “Notify me of availability” on the product page. You will receive an e-mail once it is back online.

As for your alerts, you can change your alerts in your “My Account / Restock Alerts” area.

Go to your MYA BAY account under the “My Account” tab. The “Newsletter” column indicates your registration status. Simply select «modify» to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
